Dahlia Lithwick analyses the case of Scalia v. Boston Herald, Inc. (Exhibit A below). Between this and the incident in Switzerland where he basically announced that he had already prejudged the Gitmo detainee case, I think any impartial judge would have to conclude that Scalia is starting to lose it.
