Keyes' Electoral Strategy

Steve is right that Keyes' objective isn't to put together a strategy in the sense of getting to 50% +1 of the vote. Nonetheless, his pronouncements are of significance since if his campaign goes completely off the rails (if it hasn't already), he risks dragging down the whole Illinois Republican ticket. Until now, Republicans had hoped to regain control of State Senate, but I think that looks increasingly unlikely.
