Charles Whittaker Watch Update
According to Ann Althouse, Justice Scalia told a group of Virginia high school Students, "You can murder anybody in the country and still not violate federal law, if you do it right."
Let me add that Scalia is a legal professional and that kids shouldn't never try this at home.

Thanks. Problem fixed.
After the OJ trial this wisdom applies in California as well.
If you construct strict you cannot convict. Or something like that.
