Not the nomination, but the prize for the most money spent for the fewest delegates. In 1980, John Connally famously spent $10 million for one delegate. This year, Rudy Giuliani spent a whopping $50 million for a single delegate. Even when you account for inflation ($10 million in 1980 is worth $25 million today), Rudy is the hands down winner.
