New Addition: David Lublin

PolySigh is happy to introduce David Lublin to the blog. David is Associate Professor of Government at American University. He is the author of The Paradox of Representation: Racial Gerrymandering and Minority Interests in Congress (Princeton University Press 1997) and The Republican South : Democratization and Partisan Change (Princeton University Press 2004). David has travelled to Germany, Israel, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Serbia and Montenegro and Spain to speak about U.S. elections for the State Department. He recently received a fellowship from the German Marshall Fund of the U.S. to study minority representation in democratic countries. You can link to his homepage here.
