Bush's Hidden Strength

Bush kept hammering one point over and over again--Kerry's inconsistencies. And that has been Kerry's biggest weakness in this campaign. Even if Bush lost on points, his ability to hammer home that message was effective.

Ah yes, but I think this can go either way. Will Bush's great effort at hammering home the same points be interpreted as a strength (I suspect it will by partisans), or will it be seen as too repetitive? Seemed in this case like a risky strategy by the end of the debate.
