The first poll is out in the Keyes-Obama race. Not only is Obama ahead 67-28, but he's winning nearly every geographic and demographic group. Here are the results:
Among women, it's Obama 74-21; men, 59-36; whites, 62-32; blacks, 89-10; in Chicago, 79-16; in the Republican collar counties, 62-34; downstate, 56-38; and in rural areas, 57-39. The report claims, "Virtually every Democrat we talked to favored Obama." Plus, Obama wins independents 64-30. The only group Keyes wins is Republicans, 67-27.
The bright spot for Keyes? He can only go up from here.
