We're happy to have Richard Skinner join the PolySigh team. Richard currently teaches government at Bowdoin College. He previously has taught at Hamilton College, SUNY-Geneseo, Randolph-Macon College and the University of Virginia. He also served as a research analyst at the Campaign Finance Institute, written for the Hotline, and interned in the first Bush White House just before the first Gulf War. He received a M.A. and Ph.D. in government from the University of Virginia (that boosts the site's Yale to UVA Ph.D. ratio to 3:2). Richard currently lives in Portland, Maine.

If Skinner received his Ph.D. at UVA, don't you mean it reduces the Yale to UVA ratio from 3:1 to 3:2 not boosts it?
